Credit and debit cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard , Switch, Solo and Maestro (No surcharge on credit or debit card orders ). Our secure server is protected by 128bit SSL, so your information is encrypted and stored safely. We do not store your card details online. Your card will be charged when your order is accepted. If you prefer you can place your order online and then telephone us with your card details.

Paypal

We are happy to accept payment by Paypal.

Cheque payments

When you place your order you will be given the option to pay by cheque. Your order will be taken and held on the system until your cheque is received. Your order will be processed as soon as your cheque clears.

Invoice Payments

Existing account customers can choose to be invoiced for goods. Normal terms apply.

Delivery

Complete systems and Notebooks

Compsol PC packages, Custom Systems, Notebooks, and branded PCs are dispatched within 2-3 business days of your order.

Components

We have high stock levels and PC components are available for next business day delivery.

When you place your online order you will receive an email confirming your order. On the day prior to delivery we can email confirming the delivery date, together with the carrier details and the consignment number.

Delivery charges

Systems and notebooks orders and orders over £100 - Free delivery

Free delivery to UK mainland. We charge optional carriage insurance of £10, for peace of mind cover during transit. This ensures your goods arrive safely and in good condition. There is a small delivery surcharge of £15 for non mainland and highland deliveries.

Orders between £10 and £100- £5.00

Orders under £10 - £2.50

We aim to deliver component on the next business day.

Delivery times

Our carriers deliver 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday as standard. If they try to deliver and there is no one available they will leave a card to say they called. You can then collect from the local depot, or call to re-arrange delivery.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any problem with products you buy from us please contact support on 0906 4700877. We will do our best to resolve any problems. (Calls cost 60p/min)

If the goods are faulty you can rest assured you are dealing with a long established company, who believe in looking after our customers. We will ask you to return the goods and if they are faulty we will replace them.

Many items come with a direct manufacturers warranty. In these cases the warranty. support is direct from them and their terms of warranty. apply. Physical damage to items will not be covered.
